The device includes a gain select pin, giving a full-scale output of VREF (gain = 1) or 2 × VREF (gain = 2). The device operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and is guaranteed monotonic bydesign.The AD5675is available in 20-lead TSSOP and LFCSPpackages.The power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin ensure thatthe outputDACs power up to zero scale or midscale and remain there untila valid write takes place. The AD5675 contains a power-downmode,reducing the current consumption to 1 µA typical while inpower-down mode. The AD5675 uses a versatile 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz, and includes a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8 V to 5.5 V logic. Table 1.
