= 100 Vdc (min) − BDX33C, BDX334C
Low Collector−Emitter Saturation Voltage
VCE(sat) = 2.5 Vdc (max) at IC = 3.0 Adc

Monolithic Construction with Build−In Base−Emitter Shunt Resistors
