All voltage parameters are absolute voltages referenced to VSS unless otherwise stated in the table. The input/output logic timing diagram is shown in Fig. 1. The VS and VSS offset rating are tested with all supplies biased at a 15 V (VCC) differential / 3.3V (VDD).
