Note 6: Flatness is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum value of on-resistance as measured over the specified analog signal ranges. Note 7: MAX4764/MAX4765 have an internal shunt switch when in off-state, which determines OFF current. Note 8: Leakage parameters are 100% tested at maximum-rated hot operating temperature and guaranteed by design at TA = +25°C. Note 9: UCSP parts are guaranteed by design. Note 10: Off-isolation = 20log10 (VCOM / VNO), VCOM = output, VNO = input to off switch. |
