MX29F100T/B BUS OPERATION NOTES: 1. Manufacturer and device codes may also be accessed via a command register write sequence. Refer to Table 1. 2. VID is the Silicon-ID-Read high voltage, 11.5V to 12.5V. 3. Refer to Table 1 for valid Data-In during a write operation. 4. X can be VIL or VIH. 5. Code=00H/0000H means unprotected. Code=01H/0001H means protected. A15~A12=Sector address for sector protect. 6. Refer to sector protect/unprotect algorithm and waveform. Must issue "unlock for sector protect/unprotect" command before "sector protect/unprotect without 12V system" command. 7. The "verify sector protect/unprotect without 12V sysytem" is only following "Sector protect/unprotect without 12V system" command. |
