(VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V, fSCLK = 6.4MHz, 50% duty cycle, 16 clocks/conversion cycle (400ksps), 4.7µF capacitor at REF, TA = TMIN to
TMAX, unless otherwise noted. Typical values are at TA = +25°C.)
