Note 5:ThisICincludesovertemperatureprotectionthatisintended
toprotectthedeviceduringmomentaryoverloadconditions.Junction
temperaturewillexceed125°Cwhenovertemperatureprotectionisactive.
Continuousoperationabovethespecifiedmaximumoperatingjunction
