ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS The denotes specifications which apply over the full specified temperature
range, otherwise specifications are at 25
°C. VIN = 3.6V, C1 = C2 = 2.2µF unless otherwise specified.
Note 1: Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings
may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute
Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device
reliability and lifetime.
Note 2: Based on long-term current density limitations.
Note 3: The LTC3203/LTC3203-1/LTC3203B/LTC3203B-1 are guaranteed
to meet performance specifications from 0
°C to 85°C. Specifications over
the –40
°C to 85°C operating temperature range are assured by design,
characterization and correlation with statistical process controls.
Note 4: Output not in regulation (based on wafer sort):
ROL ≡ (2 • VIN – VOUT)/IOUT, 2x Mode
ROL ≡ (1.5 • VIN – VOUT)/IOUT, 1.5x Mode
Note 5: Proper conversion mode, 1.5x or 2x, has to be chosen based on
ROL to ensure output regulation.
