Output currents in excess of 30 mA over long term may adversely affect reliability. 2.2V DC Electrical Characteristics Unless otherwise specified, all limits specified for TJ = 25°C. V + = 2.2V, V− = 0V, V CM = V +/2, V O = V +/2 and R L > 1 MΩ. Boldface limits apply at the temperature extremes.
