The MJE5740, 41, 42 Darlington transistors are designed for high–voltage power
switching in inductive circuits. They are particularly suited for operation in applications
such as:
• Small Engine Ignition
• Switching Regulators
• Inverters
• Solenoid and Relay Drivers
• Motor Controls
