VCC = 5V, unless otherwise noted. (Note 2) Note 1: Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device reliability and lifetime. Note 2: All current into device pins are positive; all current out of device pins are negative; all voltages are referenced to ground unless otherwise specified. Note 3: An internal Zener at the GATE pin clamps the charge pump voltage to a typical maximum operating voltage of 26V. External voltage applied to the GATE pin beyond the internal Zener voltage may damage the part. If a lower GATE pin voltage is desired, use an external Zener diode. The GATE capacitance must be < 0.15μF at maximum VCC.
