MB90480/485 Series 94 (4) Power-on Reset Standards (VCC = 2.7 V to 3.6 V, VSS = 0.0 V, TA = −40 °C to +85 °C) * : Power rise time requires VCC < 0.2 V. Notes: • The above standards are for the application of a power-on reset. • Within the device, the power-on reset should be applied by switching the power supply off and on again. Note : Rapid fluctuations in power supply voltage may trigger a power-on reset in some cases. As shown below, when changing supply voltage during operation, it is recommended that voltage changes be suppressed and a smooth restart be applied.
