UN Thermal Fuse & MOV (TFMOV) is a new patented product
in the field of surge protection. TFMOV is a fail-safe
device,which integrated a disk varistor and a Thermal Fuse in
a single package. The Thermal Fuse is designed to
disconnect the MOV from the circuit, in case of MOV's failure.
Because the MOV might thermally run away due to the
increasing leakage current, or burn and burst in the event of a
short-circuit fault.
