DESCRIPTION
The UPC8129GR is a silicon RFIC designed as a quadrature
modulator for digital mobile communication systems. This IC
consists of a 0.8 GHz to 1.9 GHz up-converter and a 100 MHz
to 400 MHz quadrature modulator which have been packaged
in a 20 pin SSOP. The device has a power save function and
operates with a 2.7 to 5.5 V supply voltage for low power
consumption.
