Package - MCP BGA: 0.5 mm ball pitch

— 8.0 x 9.2 mm, 56 ball for NS064N and NS128N based MCPs

— 10.0 x 11.0 mm, 60 ball for NS256N based MCPs

Operating Temperature

— Wireless, –25°C to +85°C
