General Description

The SLG59M1515V is a 20 m

Ω 2.0 A single-channel power

switch with configurable slew rate control. The device can en-

able fast power rail turn on with big cap loading. Internal circuit

limits max inrush current to prevent device damage. The prod-

uct is packaged in an ultra-small 1.0x1.6mm package.
