Note 2: All current into device pins are positive; all current out of device pins are negative; all voltages are referenced to ground unless otherwise specified. Note 3: An internal Zener at the GATE pin clamps the charge pump voltage to a typical maximum operating voltage of 26V. External voltage applied to the GATE pin beyond the internal Zener voltage may damage the part. If a lower GATE pin voltage is desired, use an external Zener diode. The GATE capacitance must be < 0.15 µF at maximum VCC. |
