Description
The IDT7008 is a high-speed 64K x 8 Dual-Port Static RAM. The
IDT7008isdesignedtobeusedasastand-alone512K-bitDual-PortRAM
orasacombinationMASTER/SLAVEDual-PortRAMfor16-bit-or-more
wordsystems.UsingtheIDTMASTER/SLAVEDual-PortRAMapproach
in16-bitorwidermemorysystemapplicationsresultsinfull-speed,error-
freeoperationwithouttheneedforadditionaldiscretelogic.
This device provides two independent ports with separate control,
address,andI/Opinsthatpermitindependent,asynchronousaccessfor
reads or writes to any location in memory. An automatic power down
featurecontrolledbythe chipenables(CE0andCE1)permittheon-chip
circuitry of each port to enter a very low standby power mode.
Fabricated using a CMOS high-performance technology, these
devices typically operate on only 750mW of power.
TheIDT7008ispackagedina84-pinCeramicPinGridArray(PGA),
a84-pinPlasticLeadlessChipCarrier(PLCC)anda100-pinThinQuad
Flatpack(TQFP).
NOTES:
1. AllVccpinsmustbeconnectedtopowersupply.
2. Packagebodyisapproximately1.15inx1.15inx.17in.
3. Thispackagecodeisusedtoreferencethepackagediagram.
4. AllGNDpinsmustbeconnectedtogroundsupply.
