Therefore these pins should not be directly connected to positive supply (a logic “1”) before the supply voltage is applied to the IC. Otherwise the IC will be supplied through these control lines and it may enter into an unpredictable mode. In case the user wants to apply a positive supply voltage to these pins before the supply voltage is applied to the IC, a protection resistor should be inserted in each control line. |
