(1) Inductance is measured with a LCR meter 4284A (Agilent

Technologies) or equivalent.

Test frequency at 100kHz.

(2) DC resistance is measured with a Digital Multimeter TR6871

(Advantest) or equivalent.

(3) Inductance decrease current based upon 25% inductance

reduction from the initial value.

(4) Temperature rise current is that which coil temperature rises by

40°C. (Two built-in coils are connected in series, when

measuring.)

(1) インダクタンスはLCRメータ4284A（Agilent Technologies）また

は同等品により測定する。

測定周波数は100kHz。

(2) 直流抵抗値はデジタルマルチメータTR6871（Advantest）又は同

等品にて測定する。

(3) 直流重畳許容電流：直流電流を流した時インダクタンスの値が初

期値より25％減少する電流値。

(4) 温度上昇許容電流は直流電流を流した時に40°C温度が上昇する

電流値（内蔵された２つのコイルは直列接続し通電）。
