Proper ESD control techniques should be used when handling these Class 1A HBM devices. 5. Exceeding any one or combination of these limits may cause permanent damage to this device. 6. MACOM does not recommend sustained operation near these survivability limits. 7. Operating at nominal conditions with TJ ≤ 150°C will ensure MTTF > 1 x 106 hours. Channel temperature should be kept as low as possible to maximize lifetime. 4. Adjust VG1 and VG2 between -1.2 and -0.7 V to achieve specified IDQ (IDQ=ID1+ID2). VG1 and VG2 should be the same voltage. |
