(2) A voltage of 2-V below GND and 2-V above VIN can appear on this pin for ≤200 ns with a duty cycle of ≤ 0.01%. (3) Do not exceed pin’s voltage rating. (4) This specification applies to voltage durations of 1 µs or less. (3) The LM53600-Q1 and LM53601-Q1 devices can operate outside of the listed range output voltage range. For output voltage outside of the listed range, contact Texas Instruments concerning alternate application circuit BOM and additional operational limitations such as higher IQ. (4) High junction temperatures degrade operating lifetimes.
