This output requires a pull up component for proper biasing. A 50- Ω RFoutBM 19 Output resistor or inductor may be used. Place as close to output as possible. Requires connecting 1-µF capacitor to VCO VbiasVCO2 27 Bypass ground. NC 28 — Not connected. VCO supply internal voltage, access for bypass. Requires connecting 10-µF capacitor to VrefVCO2 29 Bypass VCO ground. Rext 30 Bypass External resistor connection. Requires connecting 680- Ω resistor to ground. GND 31 Ground VCO ground. NC 32 — Not connected. VCO varactor internal voltage, access for bypass. Requires connecting 10-µF capacitor to VbiasVARAC 33 Bypass VCO ground. GND 34 Ground VCO ground. Vtune 35 Input VCO tuning voltage input. This signal should be kept away from noise sources. VCO supply internal voltage, access for bypass. Requires connecting 10-µF capacitor to VrefVCO 36 Bypass ground. VCCVCO 37 Supply VCO supply. Recommend connecting 0.1-µF and 10-µF capacitor to ground. VCO supply internal voltage, access for bypass. Requires connecting 1-µF capacitor to VregVCO 38 Bypass ground. GND 39 Ground VCO ground. GND 40 Ground VCO ground.
