3 Description
The LMP8601 and LMP8601-Q1 devices are fixed

Unless Otherwise Noted, Typical Values at TA =
20x gain precision amplifiers that will amplify and filter
25°C, VS = 5.0 V, Gain = 20x
small differential signals in the presence of high

common-mode voltages. The input common-mode

voltage range is –22 V to +60 V when operating from
a single 5-V supply, or –4 V to +27 V with a 3.3-V

supply. The LMP8601 and LMP8601-Q1 are ideal
CMVR at VS = 3.3 V, –4 V, to 27 V
parts for unidirectional and bidirectional current
CMVR at VS = 5 V, –22 V to 60 V
sensing applications.
Operating Ambient Temperature Range –40°C
The fixed gain is achieved in two separate stages, a
to 125°C
preamplifier with a gain of 10x and an output stage
buffer amplifier with a gain of 2x. The path between

If higher gain is required, the LMP8602 is available
with a gain of 50, or the LMP8603 with a gain of 100.
