The IDT71016 is a 1,048,576-bit high-speed Static RAM organized

as64Kx16.Itisfabricatedusinghigh-perfomance,high-reliabilityCMOS

technology. Thisstate-of-the-arttechnology,combinedwithinnovative

circuitdesigntechniques,providesacost-effectivesolutionforhigh-speed

memoryneeds.

TheIDT71016hasanoutputenablepinwhichoperatesasfastas7ns,

with address access times as fast as 12ns. All bidirectional inputs and

outputsoftheIDT71016areTTL-compatibleandoperationisfromasingle

5Vsupply. Fullystaticasynchronouscircuitryisused,requiringnoclocks

or refresh for operation.
