(VCC = +2.7V to +3.6V, RRBIAS = RRLNA = 20k
Ω, no RF signals applied, BUFFEN = low, LO buffer outputs connected to VCC through
50
Ω resistors, all other RF and IF outputs connected to VCC, TA = -40°C to +85°C, unless otherwise noted. Typical values are at VCC =
+2.75V and TA = +25°C, unless otherwise noted.)
