Connect all four VCC pins together. VCC 4, 6, 7, 9 PIN Ground GND 1 NAME FUNCTION VPP Output VPP 3 VCC Control Input (see Logic Truth Tables). A1VCC 14 VCC Control Input (see Logic Truth Tables). A0VCC 13 Fault-Detection Output. FAULT goes low during current limit, undervoltage lockout, or thermal limit. FAULT is an open-drain output that requires an external pull-up resistor.
