Note 1: TJ is calculated from the ambient temperature TA and power
dissipation according to the following formula:
TJ = TA + (PD • 110°C/W)
Note 2: Dynamic supply current is higher due to the gate charge being
delivered at the switching frequency.
Note 3: In applications where RSENSE is placed at ground potential, the
off-time increases by approximately 40%.
Note 4: C grade device specifications are guaranteed over the 0
°C to 70°C
temperature range. In addition, C grade device specifications are assured
over the – 40
°C to 85°C temperature range by design or correlation, but
are not production tested.
