ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
(VCC = +2.97V to +5.5V, PECL outputs are terminated with 50
Ω to VCC - 2V, RTH = 100Ω, CAZ = 0.1µF, CSD = 1nF, TA = -40°C to
+85°C. Typical values are at VCC = +3.3V, TA = +25°C, unless otherwise noted.)

operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated in the operational sections of the specifications is not implied. Exposure to
