For guaranteed specifications and the test conditions, see the Electrical Characteristics Tables. (2) The maximum power dissipation is a function of TJ(MAX), θJA, and TA. The maximum allowable power dissipation at any ambient temperature is PD = (TJ(MAX) - TA) / θJA .
