βSAT is the gain of transistor QST in saturation
VBE(sat) is the base-emitter voltage of transistor QST in saturation
VDD(uvlo-on) is the startup threshold

ICC is the collector current of QST
ISTATUS(leakage) is the maximum leakage/off current of the STATUS pin
(5)
VBE(off) is the maximum allowable voltage across the base emitter junction that will not turn QST on
RDS(on) is the RDS(on) of STATUS
