SPECIFICATIONS
VCC = 2.5 V to 5 V for the ADM6305, VCC = (VTH + 2.5%) to 5.5 V for the ADM6306. TA = −40°C to +125°C, unless otherwise noted.
Typical values are at TA = 25°C.
