Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect reliability. 2. VDDQ and VDD internally operate independently. No power sequencing requirements need to be met. 3. REF[1:0]/VREF[1:0] isthe"complementary"sideofREF[1:0] iftheinputisindifferentialmode. Ifoperating VREF[1:0] insingle-endedmode,REF[1:0]/VREF[1:0]isleftfloating.
