Single-chip Type with Built-in FET Switching Regulators Output 1.5A or Less High-efficiency Step-down Switching Regulator with Built-in Power MOSFET BD9123MUV ● Description ROHM’s high efficiency step-down switching regulator BD9123MUV is a power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 0.85 to 1.2 volts from 5.5/3.3 volts power supply line. Offers high efficiency with our original pulse skip control technology and synchronous rectifier.
