Note 3: Wiper at midscale with a 10pF load. Note 4: Digital timing is guaranteed by design, not production tested. Note 5: Wiper setting time is measured for a single step from U/ D transition until wiper voltage reaches 90% of final value. Note 6: Power-up time is the period of time from when the power supply is applied, until the serial interface is ready for writing. |
