Continuous operation above the specified maximum operating junction temperature may result in device degradation or failure. Note 5: The LTC4089-1 is guaranteed to meet specified performance from 0°C to 85°C and are designed, characterized and expected to meet these extended temperature limits, but is not tested at –40°C and 85°C. Note 6: Guaranteed by long term current density limitations. Note 7: Total input current is equal to this specification plus 1.002 • IBAT where IBAT is the charge current. Note 8: Accuracy of programmed current may degrade for currents greater than 1.5A. Note 9: Current limit guaranteed by design and/or correlation to static test. Slope compensation reduces current limit at high duty cycle. |
