Note 2: The LTM4607E is guaranteed to meet performance specifications from 0°C to 85°C. Specifications over the –40°C to 85°C operating temperature range are assured by design, characterization and correlation with statistical process controls. The LTM4607I is guaranteed over the –40°C to 85°C temperature range. Note 3: The LTM4607 is tested in a feedback loop that servos VCOMP to a specified voltage and measures the resultant VFB. Note 4: Turn-on and turn-off time are measured using 10% and 90% levels. Transition delay time is measured using 50% levels. Note 5: 100% test at wafer level only.
