CLHI = V+, CLLO = 0V unless otherwise noted. VINCM is defined as (IN+ + IN)/2. VOUTCM is defined as (OUT+ + OUT)/2. VINDIFF is
defined as (IN+ – IN). VOUTDIFF is defined as (OUT+ – OUT). See DC test circuit schematic.
