10 / 44 page eX Automotive Family FPGAs 1- 6 v3.2 Power Requirements Power consumption is extremely low for the automotive-grade eX devices due to the low capacitance of the antifuse interconnects. The antifuse architecture does not require active circuitry to hold a charge (as do SRAM or EPROM), making it the lowest-power FPGA architecture available today. Figure 1-8 through Figure 1-11 on page 1-7 show some sample power characteristics of eX devices. Notes: 1. Device filled with 16-bit counters. 2.
