5 / 252 page TMP86CM49UG Differences in Electrical Characteristics Note 1: With the 86CS49, the operating temperature (Topr) is -20 °C to 85 °C when the supply voltage VDD is less than 2.0 V. Note 2: With the 86FS49, the supply voltage VDD is specified as two separate ranges. While the MCU is operating, do not change the supply voltage from range (a) to range (b) or from range (b) to range (a). Note 3: With the 86FS49A, the operating temperature (Topr) is -20 °C to 85 °C when the supply voltage VDD is less than 3.0 V. Note 4: With the 86FS49A/B, when a program is executing in the Flash memory or when data is being read from the Flash memory, the Flash memory operates in an intermittent manner causing peak currents in the Flash memory momentarily, as shown in Figure.
