If SYNC is not used, then fOSC = fSW. If SYNC is used, then fSW = fSYNC. 3 With a 5 V drive, the peak source or sink current could be up to 2.5 A and 3.3 A, respectively, when driving external power MOSFETs. The duration of the peak current pulse is generally in the order of 10 ns. 4 Guaranteed by design and characterization. Not subject to production test. |
