Description
PeakSwitch
isdesignedtoaddressapplicationswithhighpeak-
to-continuouspowerratiodemands.Theveryhighswitching
frequencyduringpeakpowerloadsandexcellentloadtransient
responsereducesystemcostaswellascomponentcountandsize.
PeakSwitch
incorporatesa700VpowerMOSFET,oscillator,
highvoltageswitchedcurrentsourceforstartup,currentlimit,
