The IGBT driver is provided by the TPS65561. The driver voltage depends on VCC. TPS65561 has a mask filter

as shown in Figure 8. The mask does not have hysteresis; therefore, there is no wait time from CHG forcing Low

after FULL CHARGE to F_ON turning High.
