ity error,DS3 FEAC validation, DS3 FEAC removal,

DS3 IDLE status change, FEBE (E3) change, DS3

FERF change, DS3 format change (AIC), LAPD

end of message transmission and DS3 FEAC end

of message transmission, DS3 Framing alignment

change, SONET OOF status change and COFA

• Provides local and remote line loopback

• Provides SONET remote loopback
